The LA Eco Arts Tour is a four-venue city-wide neighborhood tour of theater, arts and cultural facilities, featuring noted and local artists, city departments and private vendors providing education and publications on energy conservation, efficiency and savings designed to promote public awareness and empower the public, local business and the entire LA community to think "green", while supporting Mayor Antonio R. Villarigosa's efforts to make Los Angeles the greenest city in America.
